Hyper Plasticizer

We are engaged in formulation of hyper plasticizer YP-PC SCC, which find extensive application in construction industry, especially suitable for ready mix concrete plants. It is manufactured in conformation with IS Code 9103:1999. This chemical has light cream / brownish liquid appearance and is based on polycarboxylate.

Applications:

 

Hyper Plasticizer YP-PC SCC is used to impart very high workability to cement or aggregate mix without the addition of extra water, which helps to improve retention of high workability with time without excessive retardation of set. It is beneficial to use in high temperature conditions & helps in making workable high grade concrete in 2 hrs.

Directions for Use:

• Normally dispensed at a rate of .4 -1.5 kg per 100 kg of cement
• It should be preferably added directly to water prior mixing to the wet aggregate
• It may also be added separately to freshly mixed concrete
• However, actual site trials should be conducted for determining actual dosages
