Our organization also offers Non Shrink Cementitious Grout YP –Grout NS2, which is a combination of ultra high strength cement, admixture, well graded fillers & special expanding agent, free from corrosive substances. It is a free flowing, does not shrink and comes in pre packed ready-to-use grout.

Action:
- It compensates shrinkage and does not shrink when it is fully restrained
- It should be used to minimize cracking, which is caused by drying of shrinkages
- When it is fully controlled by reinforcement or by physical restrain, its expansion creates solidity in mortar
- On successive drying of shrinkages, thus, produced causes a tensile stress to develop (which might cause cracking) merely reduces to relieve the expansive strains caused by the initial expansion
- The effectiveness of shrinkage compensating capability is reduced if partial restrain is provided
- As the restrain improves, it assists in the increase of shrinkage compensation
- It can be safely used in direct contact with metals without any corrosion
Directions for use:
Surface treatment:
- All surfaces, which will come in contact with mortar, must be clean, sound, & dense
- All laitance and any unsound material should be removed from the site
- Evenly scrub the surface so that it is slightly textured without any dust & dirt
- The surface must be sprinkled with water to dampen the concrete but all the surface water must be wiped out
Mixing:
- For pour able consistency add 2.75 lts of water to 25 kg bag & mix it thoroughly
- For flow able consistency add 3.25 lts of water to 25 kg bag & mix it thoroughly
- water should be added slowly over 1.5 min period & then mix it with the help of mechanical mixer for another 2 mins
- In order to get desired results water should be accurately added by + -0.1 lts
Setting Time:
- Initial > 30 Min
- Final < 600 Min
