 | | Modu System The MODU Systems we offer are fully assembled, wired and tested thermally before they are being sent to the clients’ base. This provides faster and expedient method of installing our hot runner systems. These systems eliminate all the problems related to wiring and hot Runner assembly. The range can also help to reduce hold-manufacturing time. We offer ID Cards with every MODU System that enables the customer to look for elaborate data of their MODU System on our website, at anytime, anywhere in the world. We offer two types of MODU systems, namely: - ECO-MODU System
- EZ-MODU System
ECO-MODU System - These systems are assembled by essential parts of hot runner systems that are compiled of nozzle, manifold, connecting system and others. However to assemble eco-MODU System to the mold is very easy.
- It is very effectual as well as economical for molding a large product, for instance, car bumper, car instrument panel, pallet and others.
- The open nozzle and valve nozzle can be adopted for eco-MODU System.
- Both of hydraulic system and pneumatic system are compliant to eco-MODU System.
- Around the hydraulic cylinder, special cooling line is installed that forbids degradation of hydraulic oil and guarantees ideal valve pin operation.
- Hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder is assembled which is why piping for this cylinder is completely installed, machining of clamping plate for Cylinder area is simple and can be assembled easily.
- Lead wires of heaters and thermocouples are confined by special steel cover and full electrical wiring protects from any problem which can happen during your assembly of hot runner system to your mold.
EZ-MODU System - The ez-MODU Systems we offer are simplified MODU System.
- Ez-MODU System is composed of manifold block, nozzle, mini holding plate, and connecting system.
- Above components are fully assembled and wired and thermally tested.
- Wires are fully protected by steel cover.
- An ID Card are supplied to customer.
- Only YURI nozzle and open nozzle are adoptable for ez-MODU System.
SEMI-MODU SYSTEM - Semi-MODU system is a complete system, which is made of MODU system, nozzle, manifold, clamping plate, spacer plate, holding plate, and wiring system.
- Semi-MODU system is suitable for very large products, for instance, car bumpers, car instrument panels, pallets and others.
- The sizes of plates are minimized to remove any unnecessary assembly space for YUDO Hot Runner System.
- Semi-MODU system is fabricated to minimize time-taking steps more than 50% of existing hot runner system process because most of complicated parts for hot runner system are already assembled in semi-MODU system.
- Semi-MODU system is basically assembled in machined pocket of large cavity plate.
- Both Open and Valve Nozzles are adoptable for semi-MODU system.
- The wiring systems can be easily set up for customers through YUDO's ready-to-install wire kits.

 | | Manifold We manufacture a wide assortment of manifolds
that are designed using high class material sourced form trusted vendors. Our
range is designed for family molds, which are fabricated using a computer
simulation, and totally balanced by varying the flow channel diameters. These
have gained huge appreciation in the market for their host of qualitative
features and some of the specific features are given below: Thermodynamic Features
- Sheath
heaters are specially developed to insert on both of the operating
surfaces of the manifold.
- A
silver copper alloy is then molded on the top of the heaters.
- The
process also enables us to optimize the temperature at the area of the
gate with in 1% of the set temperature.
- In
order to reduce heat transfer between the manifold and the mold, we use
only components (riser pads) formed from low conductivity powdered metals.
Rheological Features Our range of manifolds is totally balanced
rheologically to make sure that the flow of material through the manifold to
the cavities is of equal volume as well as pressure. The manifold balance is received from a
computer simulation of the individual application. Mechanical
Features Reckoning upon the specification of the
plastic material, we uses 3 different types of steel in order to conform to any
chemical or mechanical requirements of the manifold. We design and manufacture manifolds to
replicate the customer's exact requirements, hence manufacturing will not

nozzles we manufacture have gained huge appreciation in the market for their

Temperature Controller - CGF770
- Easy conversion to 'StandBy'
Mode
- In situations of temporary
operation interruption, 'StandBy' mode is achieved with one touch of ? a
button, it helps to save energy and protects resin degradation.
- Soft Start
- CGF770 delivers 30% of input
power for 1 minute when the power is switched on. It removes the humidity
from heaters and increases heater life.
- Thermocouple status display
- It displays the thermocouple
conditions, open, short, and reverse. In case of troubles with
thermocouple. It automatically changes to manual mode.
- Protection of over voltage
- It automatically discontinues
the power input when input voltage is above a certain level.

type) and considered as the multiple type of controller controlling temperature

Timer - SIT500 Features
- SIT500-Controls the Filling
Sequence of the mold, by controlling the sequence and time each valve
cylinders is operating.
- Each valve gate is allowed to
be Open during the injection Cycle and is opened for a controlled time period.

the position of Weld lines.
