An Indian division of YUDO Co., Ltd, we have been a core-part of injection mold, in development and production of Hot Runner System and auxiliary parts of injection mold since its establishment in 1980. Our group is one of the leading manufacturers of manufacturing heaters, thermocouples and all other components of Hot Runner System by itself. Moreover, we are operating ERP system to integrate all production factors from manufacturing process to service.

Hot Runner System is a method which produces product continuously without sprue and runner. It does that by heating sprue and runner which serve as a route of melted resin for filling cavity in plastic injection mold and by maintaining it as melted state.
 
Advantages
 

• It produces the product using 100% of new resin without any loss, defect or trouble due to prevention of foreign material
• It shortens the time of injection, measurement, cooling and frame opening/closing to take out sprue and runner.
• It improves the product quality
• It helps in solving the problem of product shrinkage, weld, and deformation due to internal stress as the injection pressure of injection molder is directly transferred to cavity
• Increase in mechanical efficiency
• It enhances the efficiency of molder as injection quantity, pressure; mold opening distance gets decreased as per the amount of sprue and runner
• Extension of mold life
• The pressure exerted on the mold is decreased due to decrease of injection pressure and 3-stage mold of large type may be converted into 2-stage mold in case of using Hot Runner System, so that the trouble which can occur in 3-stage mold may be prevented.
