Thermodynamic Features
Sheath heaters are specially developed to insert on both of the operating surfaces of the manifold.
A silver copper alloy is then molded on the top of the heaters.
The process also enables us to optimize the temperature at the area of the gate with in 1% of the set temperature.
In order to reduce heat transfer between the manifold and the mold, we use only components (riser pads) formed from low conductivity powdered metals.
Rheological Features
Our range of manifolds is totally balanced rheologically to make sure that the flow of material through the manifold to the cavities is of equal volume as well as pressure.
The manifold balance is received from a computer simulation of the individual application.
Mechanical Features
