Features: This extrusion press is equipped with variable piston pump which can automatically control the output of pump according to the change of pressure. Electric power consumption is low and oil temperature does not easily rise up. Speed control is also available. Thus, it can
have best operating efficiency. Our special design is Double Shears: Square shears which are durable and not easily oblique and hydraulic shear knocker is attached.

The puller operates in coordination with 420 US Ton~4400 US TON extrusion press to produce various special industrial aluminum products. It is easy to operate and retrench manpower.

This machine is made of steel which can gauge length with front platen saw table. This machine uses D.C. motor drive; A.C. motor drives the jaw. Sprocket automatically clips aluminum profiles in coordination with chains. According to the extrusion press extruding speed, it can adjust the speed and twisting force of jaw appropriately. Thus, the accuracy of aluminum products can be attained. Return stroke uses magnetic brake. D.C. controlling system controls operating forward stroke or return stroke and pulling force. It can continue operating in coordination with extrusion press extruding recycles by working speed of 1.8 M/second to 2.2M/second.

1. The method for cutting billets is cutting from up to down.
2. This equipment has the function of aluminum billet saw and operates in coordination with LPG direct fire billet heating furnace. You can adjust the length of billet quickly and do all the processes at one time. Thus, it can save manpower cost for cutting aluminum billet.
3. The rest aluminum billet can be connected to next billet so it can retrench loss of 5mm billet each time. Thus, there will be no waste material.
4. You can change different quality of aluminum billets which are the same size as you wish. You do not need to change shear blade. Thus, you can retrench operating time.
5. It can heat from normal temperature to operating temperature in a short time and can retrench gas consumption effectively.
6. There is an automatic sensor. The light will be on when there is no billet on shelf.

Charging from up and discharging from down. Temperature inspection and fire control are controlled by USA Allen Bradley PLC and HML Panel.
