Tie ROD cylinder is mainly used in machine tool application and injection &rubber moulding application.Tie rod cylinder ranges from bore 40mm to 200mm upto a stroke of 1000mm for a working pressure  upto 200 bar.The cylinder can be provided with both adjustable and fixed cushioning. The cylinder is easy for servicing and maintenance.

Yuflow Tie rod Type Series Cylinders are of Medium Pressure 160 bar series, Double Acting with mounting dimensions conforming to ISO 6020-2 Compact Series.

Construction:-

• Gland & End cap Clamped (Tied) to Cylinder tube by tie rods.
• Mounting Components tied to End cap/Gland or Welded to tube / End cap / Gland.

Telescopic Cylinder are widely used for different stage of required stroke length. Telescopic cylinder are widely used in material handling application Like Crane , Lift ,multitasking etc .Telescopic cylinder varies from stroke 1000 to 6000mm and to a maximum of four stages.

 

(Heavy duty for high pressure and for high capacity load ) This cylinder is used for heavy duty application, with high pressure and for continous application.Cylinders are mostly used in industrial application for Steel industry and press application. The cylinder bore range from 100mm to 500mm and up to stroke of 3500mm and applied for pressure up to 450 bar.

Yuflow Compact Series Cylinders are of Welded type Medium Pressure 160 bar series, Double Acting with mounting dimensions conforming to ISO 6020-2 Compact Series.

Construction:

• End cap & Mounting Components Welded to Cylinder tube.
• Gland threaded to Cylinder tube.

Advantages of Mill Duty Cylinder:-

1. Ease of Servicing and Maintainability. Bolted construction enables to replace the seals without  dismantling the cylinder barrel from the equipment by opening the gland and removing the piston rod assembly.

3. Adjustable cushioning valve with integrated reverse check option.
4. Rotation of Port on both sides by 90, 180, 270 deg independently with respect to mounting is possible.
