The range of flush bottom tank valves that we are offering are widely used for discharging materials from processing tanks. They are designed so as to completely seal off the outlet nozzle at the inner vessel wall. It is available in a size range of 1” to 8”.
Flush Bottom Tank Valves, widely used for discharging materials from processing tanks, are designed so as to completely seal off the outlet nozzle at the inner vessel wall. This prevents solids from accumulating and solidifying in the outlet nozzle neck and stopping discharge of the vessel contents. It also prevents the collection of un reacted material in the nozzle.
Flush Bottom Tank Valves are sized by the valve outlet size which is generally smaller than the inlet connection which mates with the vessel nozzle.

Our product range also includes Y-type strainers that are designed for continuous removal of suspended particles from all type of liquids. They are typically used in application where the amount of solids to be removed is small & where frequent clean - out is not required.
