Quality Policy / ProcessesThe QA-QC department at Zeemag Industries is trained to the highest level to insure maximum efficiency without compromising on quality. Our Quality Control department performs inspections at every stage of the crane being built. Before we dispatch any crane, thorough inspection is done to make sure your crane is in perfect working order. Various quality procedures like Ultrasonic, X-ray, Magnetic Particle, Hardness Testing, Overall Dimensions, Speed and Current Rating, Noise Level, etc. are performed for each crane as a standard practice. You can be assured that the inspection equipment used on your work will ensure the accuracy needed to provide you with quality parts. The cranes are checked in trial runs in “no load” condition using the actual electrical panels, cables, cabins and other necessary equipments. Complete “Inspection Reports” are provided to the customer as per their request.
