XZM Ultrafine Mill

XZM Ultrafine mill is a new kind of machine for producing fineness & ultra-powder. It is mainly used for grinding the materials, whose hardness is middle & low, moisture below 6% & its Moths hardness should be blow 9 grade & non-flammability such as calcite, chalk, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, steatite, mica, magnetite, iolite, gypsum, alunite, graphite etc. Its Working Principle: The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main machine through reducer & numbers of roller which are rolling in the ring are driven by dial through plunger. After crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small sizes ones and they are sent to storage bin by elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder will send them to the middle of first dial evenly. The materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force and fall down into the ring & crushed and then grinded by roller. The materials will fall down into the second & third ring, crushed & grinded. The high pressure-centrifugal blower will inhale air from the outside & blow the materials, which are grinded in the third ring to powder classifier. The rotating turbo in the powder concentrator will make the coarse materials return to the mill & reground while the fineness will mix with the air and go into the cyclone and be discharged the discharge bin, which is at the bottom of it. The air, which mixed with very little fineness, will be purified by impulse duster & discharged by blower & muffler.

Ball mill is widely used for milling various kinds of ores or rocks in metal and non-metal mining and building material industry.The main bearing of the ball mill with the shell diameter 900-2100mm is spherical liner bearing; for the shell diameter 2700mm, the main bearing is completely closed self-aligning 120°bearing with strong alloy of high lead and low tin with low hardness, underneath laid with cooling copper piping full of water. The bearing is of static pressure structure with high and low pressure united oil lubricating system. A ball mill operates by rotating a cylinder with steel grinding balls, for the ball to fall back into the cylinder and onto the material to the ground. The rotation is usually between 4 to 20 revolutions per minute, depending upon the diameter of the mill. The larger the diameter is, the slower the rotation will be. If the peripheral of the mill is too great, it begins to act like a centrifuge and the balls do not fall back, but stay on the perimeter of the mill. Illustration of how ball mill works: Ball mills are generally used to grind material 1\4 inch and finer, down to the particle size of 20 to 75 microns. To achieve a reasonable efficiency with ball mills, they must be operated in a closed system, with oversize continuously being recalculated back to the mill to be reduced. - High Efficiency and Low Consumption. It is invented for powder making in the new time. Working Principle: The speed reducer installed on the upper of the main machine makes central axis rotate through shaft coupling, and roller hanger rotates with central axis, and rollers on the hanger roll around the inside of ring. The materials come into inlet from upper side of machine, and they fall down onto the dispersing materials plate, rotating with central axis in two ways, then the materials are sent into passage between rollers and rings, after they are grinded into pieces, they are discharged from the discharge lip.

Process of stone production line:

Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crush, the material will transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer’s specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.

After many years’ research, our company has developed an internationally advanced vertical shaft impact crusher, which can be used together with other machinery as a complete sand making flow. This design racks a leading role in the same industry.


Process of Sand Washing production line:

The stone material is sent regularly by the vibrating feeder to the primary jaw crusher, the crushed material is sent to the secondary jaw crusher to be crushed again. The crushed material is sent by belt conveyor to vibrating screen to be separated. The material, whose size is suitable for the feed size of the sand making machine, can be sent to the sand making machine. The unsuitable material should be sent back to the secondary jaw crusher to be crushed again. The crushed material from the sand making machine is sent back to the vibrating screen to be separated. The suitable separated sand, which is the final product, should be sent to the sand washing machine to be cleaned, and then sent by the belt conveyor. The unsuitable separated sand should be sent back to the sand making machine to be crushed again. The producing line forms two closed cycles. The producing line can be changed according to the customers’ requests.

Grinding Plant


Grinding Plant

Powder making production line is made of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electrovibrating feeder, main unit, optional equipment, blower, centrally electric control system, etc. According to customer’s specific requirement, we can choose high pressure suspension grinding mill or MTM medium speed trapezium mill.

Powder making production line:

Materials first enter jaw crusher to be crushed to smaller size. Then they are lift to storage room by elevator. Vibrating feeder will feed materials into grinding chamber evenly and gradually. After being grinded, the powder will be blowed to cyclone by blower. Then the material will be transferred to storage room through pipes, and then will be discharged as final products. The whole process works in a negative pressure environment. First, through pipes, the air from the blower enters the cyclone collector above the storage room along with powder, and then returns to the blower through return pipe. In the way, air can be recycled. There is a powder locking equipment under the cyclone, which isolates the outside positive air pressure and the negative air pressure inside cyclone. And this ensures high productivity. In addition, the residual air and dust under the main unit will be transferred to dust catcher equipment through pipes and be cleaned there. The clean air will be discharged so that environment will be protected.
