The self-priming ZEUTECH ZP - pumps operate on the side channel principle: impellers with racially arranges blades in conjunction with the gydrodynmically optimized side channels transfer the pressure energy to the medium being pumped. Very small packed sealing gaps ensure excellent suction capacities which both allow the suction pipes to be vented and also make it possible to pump products with entraint air. This optimises the draininh of residue in cleaning processes.

A high volume sanitary pump for product transfers in high volume applications. This pump is very well suited for nitration memorane systems. The inlet and outlet pipe of 6 inch diameter keeps the product velocity low at the high volume capacity of the pump. This feature allows the pump to handle the product at a low shear.

The pipe connections are standard Tri-clamps. A single mechanical seal or double mechanical seal is used as the shaft seal. The pump is driven by a standard foot mounted motor. A flexible coupling connection motors and pump shaft. The motor and the pump are mounted on a base plate.

Milk pasteurizers manufactured by us have the capacity to hold the liquid form 250 l/h to 10000 l/h. Made from stainless steel 316, it is used in food and dairy industry. Zeutech Manufactures Rotary Air Locks used for feeding materials under vacuum or pressure while sealing in air & gas. Principle of gravity is used for dropping the material in the container. This is done with the help a vaned rotor. The rotor consists of 5 Vanes and is available is different diameters as per the requirement of the process. The rotary air lock consists of rotor with minimum clearance of 0.5mm between van tip & interior of body. This is done to ensure perfect air locking considering the wear & tear of the rotors are driven with the help of standard motor & gearboxes.
Zeutech valves are very reliable, controlled feeding from or into silos and hoppers in a very confined space. They are also perfectly turned to the production process for which they are used. They have highly filling efficiency due to effective inlet shape and close running clearances with low air leakage. Blow through valves have been designed for controlled discharging of powders materials from Silos, bins, hoppers, cyclones into low medium pressure pneumatic conveying line. After less than half a turn the material falls through the bottom opening into an air steam passing through a pneumatic conveying pipeline connected with the bottom part of the blow through valve.
