The Z-Glass Sintered disc is manufactured by crushing borosilicate glass, powdering, cleaning, separating into various mesh sizes and then fusing together in the form of a disc. The sintered disc is graded into 7grade i.e. G0,G00,G1, G2, G3, G4 and G5. We are manufacturer of sintered disc of different diamater from 10mm to 200mm of different porsosity i.e G0,G00,G1, G2, G3, G4 or G5 We also make Small size, O.D. 6.5 mm. Z-Glass Brand Filter units contain an integrally sealed fretted glass support bed which rightly ground to match a funnel for holding a 25 mm./37mm. / 47 mm. dia. Filter membrane. The unit is deliberate to make the most of flow and diminish foaming and protein penetration. The filter funnel support bed and receiver flask are fitted with interchangeable ground joint and one Aluminum Clamp is provided to hold the filter funnel and support bed appropriately. One cover made of polypropylene is also provided to protect dust. The total unit is autoclave. Another model is available with silicone rubber stopper fitting in place of ground joint fitting. Three different sizes are available.
All Z-Glass Brand Spherical Ground Joints are manufactured in accordance with the International Standards including B.S.: 2761. Perfectly ground to match the pair with minimum intermolecular space between male and female for use in normal vacuum and proper flexibility. Z-Glass Clips for Spherical Joints are made of stainless steel to prevent rusting.
All Z-Glass Brand Viscometer's are manufactured from borosilicate glass accurate bore capillaries. The design and size are maintained comply firmly with IS / BS / ASTM specifications. Each Viscometer is separately checked with required atmosphere and calibrated / certified instruments using certified CANNON oils / liquids. Z-Glass Brand calibrated Viscometer tubes are frequently used by most of Oil Companies, Petrochemical Industries and other research laboratories.
