Relay board provides 4 relays to control high voltage and/or high current equipment. This Relay board is ideal for high voltage and high current switching applications.
It uses 12V relays to switch the control load, which supports switching up to 7A at 250VAC/30VDC load. Each relay can be controlled with a standard TTL signal input. The Relay Board offers a high degree of isolation with the use of high speed opto-isolators for isolation between low voltage control side and high voltage switching side. The relay board includes four LED’s to show the relay states.
Power-on delay circuit is provided to give sufficient time to MCU/Control logic to initialise the control input lines to known state thereby avoiding momentary glitches on relay circuit. The TTL compatible inputs allows this board work with most microcontrollers and control systems. Standard 0.1" FRC headers are provided for easy connection to other control systems or tp Zilogic’s motherboards. The board can be used for prototype development by hobbyists, engineers and students.

The Stepper Motor Board is designed to provide a stepper motor controller interface, with the opto isolation, to the CPU/MCU development boards. The board incorporates N-channel TrenchMOS logic level FET PMV45EN from NXP Semiconductors to drive high current with fast switching action. The MOSFET driver PMD9002D is also from NXP.
This board offers a high degree of isolation with the use of high speed opto-isolators, between low voltage control side and high voltage motor drive side. It also comes with series of LEDs to indicate each phase of the stepper signals. Power-on delay circuit is provided to give sufficient time to MCU/Control logic to initialise the stepper input signals to known state thereby avoiding momentary glitches on the motor circuit.
Heavy duty screw terminal blocks are provider for motor lines. A standard 6 PIN header is also provided for easy connection. The TTL compatible inputs allows this board to work with most micro-controllers and control systems. Standard 0.1" FRC headers are provided for easy connection to other control systems. The board can be used for prototype development by hobbyists, engineers and students.

Standard 0.1" FRC header for connection to control logic/MCU
The temperature sensor board is based on NXP’s SA56004 temperature sensor chip, which can be interfaced through I²C bus. IC SA56004 is an SMBus compatible, 11-bit remote/local digital temperature sensor with over temperature alarms. The remote channel of the board monitors a diode junction, such as a diode connected transistor, with the accuracy of ± 1°C.
Under-temperature and over-temperature alert thresholds can be programmed to cause the ALERT output to indicate when the on-chip or remote temperature is out of range. This output may be used as a system interrupt or SMBus alert. The T_CRIT output is activated when the on-chip or remote temperature measurement rises above the programmed T_CRIT threshold register value. This output may be used to activate a cooling fan, send a warning or trigger a system shutdown. The board provides isolated 12V/1Amp switching facility for the above applications with the help of T_CRIT signal. The board includes a LED to show the T_CRIT status.
The standard 0.1" FRC headers are provided for easy connection to other control systems. The board can be used for prototype development by hobbyists, engineers and students. The board is also suitable for teaching and learning temperature sensor interface through I²C.
