The company, in the initial years, gained tremendous technical ethics from its collaboration with Texas Instruments Inc. (USA). We continue to work with the same enthusiasm and technical expertise for manufacturing bimetals by making the best use of modern technology. We have consummated the technology to the latest with intense research in the field and the constant efforts of our elite work force. We are not new to challenges and have tackled various assignments of different nature in terms of quantity, quality and time. Our factory is situated at government approved Modern Industrial Estate, Bahadurgarh in the state of Haryana, located on National Highway-10, adjoining India's Capital New-Delhi.
We are equipped with complete manufacturing facilities for producing Thermostatic Bimetal Strips and Components thereof, viz.; Metallurgical Bonding, Cold Rolling, Coil Slitting, Strand Annealing with inert atmosphere, Deburring and Flattening, Stretch Leveling, Component blanking, Heat Treatment with inert atmosphere and equipment for testing & measuring Bimetal parameters like Micro Hardness, Resistivity, dimensions etc. | |
