Ztech’s Digital Pressure gauge model ZT508 is designed to offer a truly simple, cost effective digital pressure gauge to cover a wide range of applications from calibration laboratory to in-field use.
It indicates pressure with different selectable units by user with the resolution of maximum 6 digits in battery operated version. It has auto power OFF function in battery operated model. It has other model in which it can be used as loop power indicator with 4- 20mAdc transmitter by giving 15 to 24Vdc external supply voltage. In this version it will give you resolution of six digits with selectable multiplying factor for different unit scales with red LED display.

It is operated by high precision piezoresistive silicon sensor technology. It is available in two different applications for air, gases (dry) media other model is for air & liquid with SS316 diaphragm.

Ztech’s Electromagnetic flow meter model ZT803 is designed for flow measurement of conductive liquids with no moving parts and a PTFE lining.

Electromagnetic flow meter is suitable for measurement of flow of conductive liquids, which is based on Faraday's law of Electromagnetic induction, according to which a voltage is induced in electrically conducting body moving in a magnetic field & this voltage is directly proportional to the velocity. Standard outputs include analog, frequency, RS232/RS485 or GSM connectivity. Local-and remote-display models are available with weather proof & flame proof enclosure as an optional feature.

Ztech’s Digital Universal process indicator model ZT501 is designed to indicate process parameters like temperature, level, flow, pressure etc as per the process requirement for various applications. It can display the process value with the resolution of maximum 4 or 5 (optional) digits. The range is selectable from -1999 to 9999 scale with selectable decimal resolution. It can generate max four relay output (on/off) for various application with hi/lo selection. The hysterisis is programmable through out the range. It can generate analog output as retransmission & give computer connectivity port on Modbus protocol or GSM connectivity as an optional feature. They are very reliable, accurate employing the latest technology. They undergo stringent tests to assure quality performance.

Ztech ultra-miniature two wire temperature transmitter model ZT701 converts mill volt input from thermocouples or resistance from RTD or potentiometer into 4 to 20 mA output. Featuring state-of-the-art integrated circuits and electronic design, these ultra-compact transmitters have a diameter of only 45mm and are designed to fit inside many compact thermo well protection heads. Transmitters can eliminate long runs of costly field wiring in a variety of applications.

A stable 4 to 20 mA output signal is produced proportional to the transmitter’s specific input type and calibrated temperature range. Adjustability of zero and span is provided to facilitate some range ability. The transmitted signal eliminates noise pickup, voltage drops and multiple cold junction errors, and it requires only a twisted pair of copper wires for loop connections.

All models and ranges of these ultra-miniature transmitters are available with fully epoxy-potted electronics, which gives ultimate protection in extreme environments.
