DMC 1001 is an automatic, multi-working station machine. Our machine produces inner side PE coated paper cups through the procedure of automatic paper feeding, sealing, oiling, bottom punching, heating, curling, Rimming and cup discharge. Our Single-sided PE paper cups are popular for coffee, ice cream, etc.

This machine adopts micro-computer system to control the frequency-changing meter and with infinite speed adjustment, it is workable with power ranging from 220V to 380V. Automatically control applies to photo control with noncontact switch.

DMC-1002 paper cup machine produces both single PE coated and double PE coated paper cups. When a heater is adopted on the outside surface, the PE film will be burnt and become yellow or blackish. Ultrasonic system resolves the problem of burnt yellow finish out side of the cup when two sides PE coated raw material used for forming the cup. Compared to our DMC-1001 paper cup machine, this machine fit ultrasonic welding function to make the cups much better and beautiful
