The presence of one multi skilled technician per 100 Kilometre radius ensures that the service level agreements for a variety of customer requirements are meet effectively. The multi skilled technicians are extensively trained on various product lines at ACME national training school located at Rudrapur (250 KM. from National Capital New Delhi) to deliver highest efficiency at lowest service cost.

The entire field force is centrally managed & monitored by Global Energy Management Centre (GEMC).
