Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger Advance air-to-air heat exchangers are ideal for situations where the electronic controls operate at a temperature differential slightly above the ambient. In such cases, Advance air-toair heat exchangers can be used to dissipate heat from inside the enclosure to the outside temperature.


These heat exchangers incorporate a closed loop design that circulates air through the enclosure and cooling unit to maintain the desired enclosure air temperature, without outside air contamination. While the enclosure air flows through one side of the exchanger, the cooler ambient air flows through the other side in the opposite direction. Heat transfer takes place across the aluminium heat exchanger plate (see figure) The rate of heat transfer can be as high as 100 w/k. The heat exchange module can be removed for periodic cleaning.

c) Condensers (fin and tube, plate type and shell-in-tube) with MS powder coated or stainless steel body, stainless steel tank with proper insulation, digital temperature controller, pump to suit specific needs, low and high temperature switch, LED status indicator, electronic level indicator, anti-free thermostat, castors and MCB, simple phase preventer (for 3 phase modes), flow switch (for water cooled models) as standard features.

Oil Chiller

Advance hydraulic and spindle oil chillers use state-of-the-art Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers (BPHE) to give you rapid and highly efficient cooling. These are far superior to the shell-and-tube type evaporators designed primarily for non-viscous fluids. Her hot oil flows over the tubes , which is cooled by the refrigerant flowing through them.

A static oil film is formed over these tubes, which acts as an insulator, preventing oil in subsequent layers to be cooled. In other words, only the oil surrounding the tubes is cooled.
