The Company is a Supplier of High Quality Aluminium Castings in the 0.2 to 5.0 kg range currently. These castings are made as per Customer requirements and are sourced from qualified and competent suppliers. The Company has long-term tie-ups with reputed manufacturers for making permanent Moulds required for producing the components and for Heat Treatment of the components.

The Company exercises stringent Quality Control measures at the Raw Material stage and the in-process stage (at the foundry end). Rigorous Mechanical and Visual/Dimension Checks are done on final product prior to dispatch to the Customer as per a comprehensive Inspection Plan. For this, we have –

Mechanical Testing Laboratory with a Universal Testing Machine (for Breaking Load) and Hardness Tester (for Surface Hardness)

Facilities for Comprehensive inspection of dimensions of the Components produced.
