The vision to form advenza was shaped by our group founder, late Shri Laxminarayan Rathi. He was a pioneer and a visionary, who set-up India's first enzyme plant way back in 1958, and is hailed as the father of the enzyme industry in India.
Advenza was incorporated in 2005 to fulfill the industry’s need for shelf-stable enzyme formulations, and a formulation plant was established in Vapi, Gujarat in the year 2009. A biotech innovation center in 2020, and a biotech manufacturing facility in 2023, were later established to service the growing need for high quality probiotics.
Over the years, advenza has developed a unique capability of being able to develop & deliver a wide variety of dosage forms such as powders, tablets (swallowable, chewable, dispersible), capsules, dry syrups, drops and suspensions, and can offer them in equally diverse packaging formats such as alu-alu strips, alu-alu blisters, bottles, stick packs, pouches or vials.

About CEO
The formal inception of Advenza dates back to 2005, however, our roots go all the way back to 1958 when my grandfather, late Shri Laxminarayan Rathi, started his entrepreneurial journey and founded India’s first enzyme plant. My grandfather was a pioneer and a visionary. He was the one who inspired my father, and our Chairman Shri Chandrakant Rathi, to travel to forty plus countries, in search of enzyme manufacturing technology in the late 1980s, and to setup the country’s first enzyme fermentation plant in the early 1990s. He was the one who sowed in me the seed to always strive high, to persist inspite of all odds, and to never give up. He was a rare man, with a even rarer value system. Not worrying about what the society would think of him, he pursued & completed his bachelors degree in his late 40s. He was a beacon of hope to all around him, and anyone who ever went to him, never returned with their problems unsolved. We owe all that we are today, to his pioneering spirit and legacy!
