The handy, easy-to-operate emission measuring instrument testo 340 is the right tool for many different emission measurements. The compact design and the reliable technology make it the ideal measuring instrument for commissioning, service and maintenance work and in test measurements on industrial burners, stationary industrial engines, gas turbines and thermal processes. The unique measuring range extension allows unrestricted measurements to be carried out even at high gas concentrations. The testo 340 is equipped with an O2 sensor as standard. Three further gas sensors can be configured individually, in order to be able to adapt the instrument optimally to the respective measurement task. The instrument can also be operated remotely from your Andrroid Smartphone or tablet using the free App.

OPERATION

This is a dual counterbalance HIC, 6-size metric, hydraulically vented, internally-piloted, low leakage, with a nose to nose design. The VCB06-EN-DL allows free flow from the V ports to the C ports and blocks flow in the reverse direction until the relief setting is reached, or until adequate pilot pressure has been applied to the opposite V port.

Selection Procedure Metaflex Flexible Disc Coupling

Step 1- Determine required HP/100 RPM rating as follows :

            Required HP/100 rpm = P*100*SF/N Where P is prime mover Power in HP , SF is service factor N is operating RPM

Step 2 – if selected coupling by step 1 has HP/100 RPM > required HP/100 rpm , selection is tentatively OK . Otherwise select higher size coupling with adequate HP/100 rpm rating.

Step 3 – a) Check max bore is within Max bore capacity. Please note higher bore capacity are possible in series 80SP/80SPL/80X-SP/80X-SPL for a given size. Hubs can also be specially designed to accommodate higher bore.

• Check Max speed is within max permissible length
• For types 80SN/80SF/80SV/80SVA check critical whirling speed is safe distance away from operating speed

The Gallagher Controller 6000 (C6000) is the interface between the Gallagher Command Centre Server and the distributed field hardware. Capable of processing, storing and communicating data in real time when the Gallagher Command Centre Server is offline.
