The group is a 40 year old organization primarily started with manufacture of low carbon Ferro alloys , founded by the visionary Mr. R.C. Agarwal (gold medalist from Pilani University , Rajasthan) in 1972
In the early years the company had been a pioneer in manufacture of all types of low carbon Ferro alloys via thermit process and had been supplying its products to all leading stainless steel plants mainly in northern India .
However in 1990 the group diversified into imports and trading of ferrous and non ferrous metals including copper, nickel, aluminum, minor metals etc. The group presently imports various products in India and caters mainly to the domestic industries in ferrous and and non ferrous sector. The clients include very large companies , medium scale industries as well as small businessmen and traders.
