Initially, akasam focused on providing debt syndication and management consultancy services. With its aggressive approach and a passion to consistently outperform client expectations, akasam soon established its identity in the debt syndication market and has successfully closed several large deals.

Buoyed up by the success in the debt market, we ventured into M&A advisory and Private Equity syndication. Initially, we acted co-advisors in major PE transactions, but the same underlying principles which enabled us to succeed earlier gave us an opportunity to undertake and conclude several PE transactions and M&A deals acting as sole advisors.

A step closer our vision, we are now registered Category I Merchant Banker with Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Our foray into Merchant Banking will enable us to advise our existing clients in their path towards public offerings and build new clientele looking at public markets.
