Our offerings include Hi-Tech Insulator Tubular Bags. These are woven using pluritubular gauntlet, superbly tenacious polyester and a high torsion continuous filament yarns. It is provided with a protective resin coating. It has a natural white color. The standard wall thickness of the tube is 0.3 mm, with a number of diameters to choose from like 4.0 mm, 5.0 mm, 6.0 mm, 7.0 mm, 8.0 mm, 8.4 mm and 9.0 mm, as per the requirements. Customer can specify the number of standard tubes they want (15 spine). The tube pitch is made in accordance with standard diameters and ranges up to 9.7 mm. The maximum guantlet length is 800 mm. These also possess lateral finishes like simple cut. The model tolerances for tube diameter is 0 + 0.15 mm, for gauntlet height is ± 0.5 mm, for gauntlet width is ± 0.2%, for tube pitch is ± 1%, and for electrical resistance it is ± 0.05 ohms / cm².
