This product is extremely hygroscopic, exposure to moisture and humidity may cause clumping, but a little clumping will not affect the product. Keep in a cool & dry place (Keep away from moisture). Keep out of reach of children. Stirring is suggested prior to use. Close the container properly after each use.  Use within 45 days after opening the seal.

Directions For Use : As a dietary supplement, for best results consume one serving of 12g [1 scoop approx.] 20-30 minutes prior to exercise / workout session with approximately 150-200ml (6-8 ounces) water or as directed by your health advisor .The recommended dosages are 12g -24g (1-2 scoops approx.) per day in divided dosages. Consume more than 12g (1 scoop approx.) only if tolerance is assessed.
