Axles for Light Commercial Vehicles, Sports Utility Vehicles & Multi Utility Vehicles are one of the most significant products offered by the Company. It has a combined manufacturing capacity of 300,000 Axles/year for both Salisbury & Banjo designs. The company is pioneer for manufacturing & supply of Banjo design axles for these vehicles.

Cold end assembly can be a combination of Muffler boxes, resonators, hangers, brackets and 3-D contour pipes. It is critical to ensure the pipe has no residual stresses or shrinks.

The slack adjuster assembly is mounted on the 'S' cam shaft and one end is connected to the push rod of the brake chamber. When the brake pedal is pressed, the air is let into the brake chamber and pushes the push rod out. This in turn moves the slack adjuster assembly. As slack adjuster assembly is mounted on the 'S' cam shaft, the shaft rotates and forces the brake shoes away from another and presses against the brake drum & the brake is applied.

Thus the basic function of this product is to convert the linear motion into the rotary motion of S cam.

When the gap between the brake drum and the brake lining is increased due to the brake lining wear; the slack adjuster assembly hexagon (adjusting nut) is rotated manually so as to rotate the ‘S’ cam and adjust the gap between brake drum and the lining.

Automatic Brake Adjuster is one of the most critical items in any air brake system. It is used on commercial vehicles having Air Brakes with 'S' cam shaft. The basic function of brake adjuster is to transmit the braking torque to the 'S' cam and to facilitate adjustment of the clearance between brake lining and the brake drum which is caused due to the wearing of brake lining.

The automatic brake adjuster is mounted on the 'S' cam shaft and one end is connected to the push rod of the brake chamber. Driveshaft connects an automobile gearbox to a rear differential of the vehicle. It is also referred to as a "Prop-shaft". The Company has a combined capacity to manufacture 10,00,000 propeller shafts/year which includes the Spicer 10 series, Spicer life Series (SPL Series) & Compact Series for the entire range of vehicles including Sports utility vehicle, Multi utility vehicle, Light commercial vehicles, Medium commercial vehicles & Heavy commercial vehicles.
