Our double girder operation cranes are designed as per IS 807-1976, IS 3177-1977 or IS 4137-1985. These girders are of box type construction with butt-weld joints in tension zone radio graphed. These cranes also have totally enclosed oil splash lubricated gear box with precision machine cut gears pinions. The wheels of this crane are made of Forged steel. The wheel assemblies are provided on 'L' type bearing housing with anti friction spherical roller bearings. It also has flexible cables suspended from cable trolleys feed power supply to crab.

Single girders are economical, safe and efficient, simple rugged, versatile, without too much sophistication to cut sown your cost based on renowned designs and service of ankit. These cranes have a lower wheel load which reduces the column cost. Its lower headroom also cuts down the building height and cost. It does not require any additional operator to operate the crane. It also has lighter structural weight. Safety measures:

• dependable electromagnetic brake inbuilt for hoisting lowering motion
• limit switch prevents over hoisting of snatch block/load avoiding accidents
• operated through a reliable circuit incorporating contractor
