His last assignment was that as a regional Head in Microsoft Corporation where he managed the Premier Support for Developer Business across India and application consulting business across southern region. In addition Kartick was also responsible for managing 4 of the 5 IT majors across India which included Wipro, TCS, CTS and Satyam. In this role at Microsoft . Kartick was responsible for managing CIO/CEO relationships for IT majors like Wipro, CTS, TCS, Satyam and MD relationships most of his prestigious clients. Wells Fargo, Dell, Scope International, Target Corporation, ANZ will be to name a few. Kartik has managed over 22000 employees in peak and 70 million dollars in revenues. Prior to this he was heading the core technology practice and business development operations for whole of technology group for the North American Consulting group in Oracle Corporation. At Wipro he was managing accounts in the Americas region for retail clients. Besides being school and college topper in computers, Kartik has many accolades to his credit on the professional front aswell. Some of his key accomplishments include, award as the best delivery manager at Oracle, best breakthrough project award for executing a 1.2 billion AUSD project in the capacity of a project director, being one amongst the only 2 to qualify level 3 in British Examination Council exams conducted for effective written and oral communication with overseas customers at Wipro for over 3000 employees, respect award for best people manager, best business idea award from the CIO of ANZ and the best process champion award. Kartik is PMP certified and has conducted project management trainings for leading corporate executives in the IT field. Kartik has Bachelors of Engineering in electronics and communication and likes long drives, event management and directing and acting in kits. He has staged skits and been the master of ceremony for lots of cultural events at Wipro and Oracle. He has bagged some prizes in singing, table tennis, basketball and lawn tennis tournaments.
