Diodes
The SS54 is a high-power surface-mount Schottky Rectifier with a low voltage drop of 0.55V and a high forward current of 5A. This diode has high efficiency and can handle a 150A surge current. It's typically found in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection systems. For low voltage/high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications, the SS54 Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode is used.
