Both in production and in the field of services, we offer a variety of different part-time and shift models. But childless employees also have their own individual ideas about harmony between work and private life, and want their employer to take their interests into account. Creative employment solutions with flexible, individual working time models have been available for all members of staff from the last year.

Securing Proper Working Hours And Improving Productivity
Applieo strives to secure proper working hours of employees. Starting last year, we have a company-wide initiative called the Work Style Reform Project. We go paperless as much as possible by, for example, using only electronic documents in-house and using projected images rather than printouts for meetings. We have many other ways we seek to constantly boost productivity: we use videoconferences for multi-base meetings; promote a creative office layout with no specific assigned desks so that employees can work more freely; develop IT tools that allow information sharing conducive to our needs; distribute documents and get comments and opinions in advance of meetings; and share the minutes of meetings.
