Fueled by passion and dedication to delivering nothing but the best, IAL took on the challenge to transform a 62 acre parcel of land in Rohini into a one of a kind tourist destination. Adventure Island, a 25 acre amusement park, hosts a live stunt show, magic show, acrobat, and dance. Along with approximately 30 rides and a 200,000 sq. ft. of an abstract retail plaza cal led Metro Walk.

The award winning design concept behind this properly connected its commercial activity and title park with an iconic bridge over its 4 acre lake. A water park is currently being designed for this property with construction to lot low shortly. With over 100 shops showcased on two floors and the only dine-by-water experience in the capital. IAL once again delivered another pioneering entertainment  concept.

Location: The destination is Iocated at Sector 10  Rohini, New Delhi

Metro Connectivity: The mall and the amusement park are located close to the Rithala metro station thereby enabling the destination to be connected with all arts of Delhi. Rohini itself has three stations on the red line of Delhi Metro line 1 which connects to Dilshad Garden, Kashmere Gate, Rohini East, Rohini West and Rithala Stations making it one of Delhi Metro’s major hubs.

Being built on an area of 42 acres, it is the only all-inclusive entertainment destination amidst the corporate jungle. The project consists of a water park, a boutique shopping arcade and an iconic entertainment district.

A 10 acre state-of-the-art Rain Forest themed Water Park – Oysters Beach became operational in summer of 2014. The water park boasts of 16 international standard water rides including India’s tallest 93 feet slide and first free fall ride. The park also offers banqueting & dining options which provides the Millennium city a refershing and exillrating getaway.

In the next phase a themed retail complex and an entertainment distrcit is being planned out. This mixed use destination will synergize indoors and outdoors spaces to provide a compelling visitor experience. The project is being designed to be a truly unique facility with maximum impact on the entertainment community both locally and globally.
