1.       LT Panel is an electrical distribution board that receives power from generator or transformer and distributes the same to various electronic devices and distribution boards. 1.  Power Control Center is used for distribution and control of various power source used in industry. This is the first point where power comes from Transformer and DG. Normally Power Control Center is installed near power source hence fault level is high.  Bus bar, support, cooling and switchgear should be designed accordingly. Ample space is provided for cable termination. Various protections viz short circuit, overload, earth fault, under voltage etc are provided to protect source and equipment.

1.       MCC receive power from PCC panel and give power to different sections of Plant / Building. It consists of feeders for motors, blowers and Pumps. Feeders are designed according to the motor rating. In most of the MCCs, auto/manual provision will be there. With manual provision motors can be operated manually. In auto provision external signal is required to start the motor. The signal is given by the control panel. Indicators for the motor operation also will be present in control panel.
