Coating Machine & Slitting Machine is used to coat & dry paper/Al/corrugated paper & if required slitting the paper in required dimension. All the motors are synchronized using AC Drives & are PLC Controlled to monitor speed & Temperature Parameters.

The system is designed for softening of Poly propylene sheets and tubes by Infrared Heating , to enable manufacturing of Artificial limbs.  In conventional convection ovens an object is heated by absorbing ambient heat in a closed compartment. In contrast, the heat in an infrared oven is generated in the form of electromagnetic waves absorbed by the material directly. This has many advantages: Higher speed, greater productivity and a significantly greater energy efficiency are the result. Infrared ovens do not need to be pre-heated – the radiant heat is fully available in an instant. This significantly reduces energy consumption in the orthopaedic workshop. infrared oven heats plastics in a very short time. A 4 mm thick polypropylene sheet can be heated in just 4 to 6 minutes. The system consists of SS 304 Fabricated structure, in lines with requirements of medical industry. System is designed in a way, so that maintenance can be done easily.There is a temperature control arrangement to provide customer flexibility to set temperature. Heating chamber has insulated doors to prevent heat loss
