The adjustable spans are made out of 14 swg./12 swg. sheet ,ao mm/ 14 mm M.S. Rounds and 40X40mm M.S. Tee. consists of an outer and an inner member. This table provides ready rackoner for determinig the suitable span and spacing of span for various slab thickness. Maximum length of the span should not be less then clear span +13cm.

The outer member of adjustable telescopic steel  props are made from 60. 3mm od & inner member made from 48. 3mm od m. S pipes. Junior props are made from 50. 8mm od & 44. 4mm od m. S pipes, provided with nut with self cleaning notch.

Cuplock provides majorsavings in erection and dismantling times thus minimizing on site cost. Cuplock can be erected for straight, curved and circular configuration for both access and support, and for independent and mobile towers. Designed to be tough. Cuplock is highly resistant to damage. It can be easily stored and maintained. It's modular construction ensure minimal space for storage.

It consists of welded frame of two verticals and two horizontal made of 48. 3 mm od tubes and 32 or 50 mm nb socket and spigot. Two frames are interconnected by scissor cross braces through pins welded on frames and locked in position by spring clips. Bracing in alternate staging frames may be skipped depending on the height and loading on the multiple h-frame scaffolding.

• Can be used as toer scaffold around builder's hoist
• H-frames of 60. 3mm odtubes can also be used for support staging below bridge girder, heavy rcc industrial structures etc.
• Ideal as scaffolding and multiple tier staging around silos, high rise buildings etc.

Wall form shuttering panels are manufactured from 12 swg. M. S. Sheets with slotted 45x45x4/5mm angle frame and stiffner. Channel or heavy duty soldiers are supplied in 2. 5 mtr. X100mm width. Heavy duty soldiers are to be used in place of channel soldiers for single sided shuttering. The wall form panels and soldiers are assembled together with tubes or channel walers by single clip, double clip and bridge clip. This system is being used for construction of r. C. C. Walls , column, beams, culverts etc. Splay panels, haunch panel, internal corner panel and external corner angle are also available.

Adjustable Stirrup head gives vertical adjustment between 75mm to 225mm supplied to suit 60.3mm OD or 48.3mm OD tubes.Adjustable base plates are also available.

Right Angle or double Coupler to connect two tubes at the right angle.

Swivel Coupler to connect two tubes at any desired angle.
