After filing of your TM Application if any objection is raised from department side, then the below mentioned steps are required.Examination report/Objection letter is issued to you in the aforesaid application from the Trademark Registry and reply needs to be filed from our side.
After replying the TM Application your application may be accepted or may be mark for hearing, if accepted then it will be advertised in TM Journal. if there is no opposition come from any one for the period of 4 months then your TM will be registered & registration certificate will be issued to you. If the reply is not filed in the matter within 30 days, then the application can be abandoned / Cancelled at any moment.
STEP- 3: Attending Hearing with TM Department
We would also like you to know that your matter of TM Application can also mark ready for hearing after reply filing. Hearing date fix by the TM Department via. an online communication. and when the proposed hearing will come, you will be intimated by us about the same. After Hearing your application may be accepted or not, if accepted then it will be advertised in TM Journal. if there is no opposition come from any one for the period of 4 months then your TM will be registered & registration certificate will be issued to you.
STEP- 4: Reply to Opposition
But in the period of 4 months, if anyone filed any opposition (one or more) against your TM Application, then in that case we have to submit the reply/Counter Statement by filing a form at TM Office. Following are charges for handling the Opposition Proceedings:

If the employer wishes to register manually, then he/she has to submit registration form (Form -01) to the concerned regional office and get the code number. Generally, NGOs (Non-Governmental Organization) is formed by a group of individuals for undertaking various projects, managing some important functions and perform allocated work on behalf of government. In India, NGOs must be accredited by the government and registered under the Society Registration Act of 1860. As NGO is an independent or private body, its operations and functionality is managed by the group of people who have formed it. But, entire management should be done in compliance with low and regulation made by the government for NGOs. Since, most of the NGOs run on the fund donated by the government, it has set some measures to have a watchful eyes on the expenditure of the fund. Government may also conduct an audit of the fund given to the NGO.
