Sameer Koticha
Vice Chairman and Founder,
ASK GroupMr. Koticha is the Vice Chairman and Founder of ASK Group. He has been instrumental in incubating and mentoring all the business verticals of ASK Group for over three decades. He is a member of the Board and Investment Committees of all the businesses, and he mentors ASK Group in areas of Corporate Governance and Best Practice. Mr. Koticha is also closely associated with several social causes focusing on betterment of underprivileged through various means.

Sunil Rohokale
Managing Director and CEO,
ASK GroupMr. Sunil Rohokale, is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Poona. He has been with our Company since 2008 and has been on the Board since 2012. He has over 22 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, and has previously worked with ICICI Bank.

Bharat Shah

Mr. Bharat Shah, is an Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay and a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has been on the Board since 2008. He has over 24 years of experience in the field of investment management and has previously worked at Birla Capital International AMC Limited and Asian Paints (India) Limited.

Shweta Jalan
Nominee Director
Ms. Shweta Jalan, is a Nominee Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Calcutta and master’s degree in business administration from the National Institute of Management, Calcutta. She has been on the Board since 2016. She is the managing director of Advent India PE Advisors Private Limited and has several years of experience in the field of finance and management, industrials and business services, and has previously worked with the corporate advisory service team at Ernst & Young LLP.

Anantharaman Balakrishnan

Mr. Anantharaman Balakrishnan, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has several years of experience in the field of health care, life insurance and real estate. He was the managing director and chief executive officer of Gumberg India, was the joint managing director for Max India and a finance director at the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
