We comply with applicable regulatory requirements and continues to ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system. Our quality philosophy is not restricted to the quality of the product. It covers all the areas contained in IATF 16949:2016 including management responsibilities, production control, research and development, customer service and efficient environment-friendly technology.
We are proactive, reliable partners with our customers; their satisfaction is vital to our success. We keep our customers informed on new and revised standards and certification programs. In addition, we regularly review our work processes by conducting a self assessment program and define proactive activities to improve our overall performance. We encourage feedback from our customers to improve our services and discuss all suggestions aimed at promoting our work. We are continuously improving the professional skills of our employees through planned training and study programs.
