are the advanced design of conventional Rotary furnace. TTRF are generally used in the melting plants like Aluminum recycling. Aluminium dross melting. Lead/Zinc recycling and dross melting, all Nonferrous metals.
This furnace has a fabricated tilting and Stationery membrane. The furnace is made up of Heavy duty Mild Steel sections and plates with sufficient wall thickness. Furnaces will be lined with Monolithic ramming mass suitable for applications upto 1200C. Furnaces lining work will be carried out at the customer end in order to avoid breakages in transportation.
Furnaces will be supplied with oxy fuel system suitable for the fuels like, HSD, LDO, FO, PG, NG, COG, and LPG. Additional accessories like, Fuel Tank, Transferring, pumping system, Liquid fuel handling systems, Centrifugal air blower, Gas handling systems & Safety systems will also be supplied.

Product Description: A Cubical Shell Furnace, which tilts by the Hydraulic/Motorized/Geared mechanism for pouring out the metal directly on the mould/Ladle for heavy Castings. Indirect type melting ensures the Loss of metals due to oxidation/Carbon deposit by the fuel or Combustion Properties. Furnace is lined with Refractory and Insulation brick to hold the liquid metal to a Temperature of 1200oC. This furnace lining by a brick is formed with extra locks mechanically to ensure the lining the tightness and holds the crucible to not to fall of while tilting the furnace.
Advantages: Our furnaces are designed in such a way to reduce the fuel consumption. Our furnaces are lined with both refractory bricks and Ceramic fibre modules, in such a way to pass the flue Gas around the crucible enabling high conduction and convection heat transfer. Combustion/Heating Equipments are designed to meet the requirements of furnace and Heat transfer rate. Burner will be positioned inclined to an angle, so that the flame/flue skips on the surface of the material. Better heat transfer rate through circulation and Re-circulation. Our furnaces are designed for skin temperature of 65C (Maximum).

REVERBARATORY FURNACE

These are used primarily for melting copper and its alloys such as bronze and brass, and other metals like aluminum, lead and zinc. The furnace is supplied with refractory lining tilting arrangement and conventional/compact combustion system.

The furnace is constructed from reinforces mild steel plates of substantial thickness and is supported on a heavy fabricated stand suitable for gear/motor tilting, hydraulic with power pack tilting system all are user selection. The gear drive consists of two cylinders at both ends get tilted with power pack and directional valve.

The furnace can be fitted with Axis fuel efficient conventional/compact combustion system for the fuels like HSD, LDO, LSHS, FUEL OIL PG, NG, LNG, CNG, and LPG. The burner I designed fire tangentially from the shell to the pouring axis. Waste gases pass through the chimney on top, which can be serving as a charging door, this ultimately serves in other way to preheat the solid scrap. Furnace extraction can be offered as an optional.
