COMPOSITION

·  Titanium Dioxide for Ultra White color and durable chromes for bright yellow road lines. Extending pigments are used to ensure uniform colour reproduction.

·  Plasticized Hydro Carbon Resin to suit extreme tropical climatic conditions, thermal stability and weatherability.

· Apply SIGMARK using a screed box with an applicator machine. Heat the material to 160 - 1800C in the preheater with adequate agitation till the material becomes a homogenized liquid. The molten paint should be stirred from time to time and dispensed uniformly along the marked line followed by drop on beads which should be sprayed uniformly before the paint gets dried.

·Spherical glass beads complying BS 6088 Class A and B are used for excellent reflectivity to enhance day and night vision of marked lines.

BERGER RED OXIDE PRIMER

An economical Red oxide Primer developed to take care of the corrosion of ferrous substrate. Based on synthetic alkyd resin and anticorrosive red oxide pigment, which protect the metal from atmospheric corrosion due to salty humid condition. Premium quality primer based on alkyd with Zinc Phosphate anticorrosive pigment. Its special formulation aids flow into the surface thus binding the fibres of

the wood together to produce a smooth base. This enhances adhesion of subsequent enamel and other coatings from the Berger range. An economical red oxide primer for metallic substrate to protect the

surface from corrosion, such as mild steel, window grills, balconies grills, compound fencing etc.

Non-Toxic. Safe for general domestic, commercial and industrial use.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All loose surface rust must be removed by wire brushing. Mill scale must be removed by

abrasive blasting or other suitable methods using mechanical tools. Remove all other

contaminants, oil, grease, by wiping with white spirit or degreaser. Ensure surface is dry before

coating. Previously painted and rusted surfaces should be clean with abrasive paper, wiping

off dust followed by one coat of Red Oxide Primer.

STORAGE : Store in cool, dry condition away from direct sunlight.

SHELF LIFE : 2 Years, when stored in original conditions.

1. Initial Sanding: Use Emery Paper No.80 to sand and wipe clean.

2. Primer Coat: Apply one coat of primer; let it dry for 6–8 hours.

3. Putty Application: Apply thin layers to fill surface imperfections; allow to dry overnight.

4. Final Surface Smoothing: Sand with Emery Paper No.100, wipe clean.

5. Second Primer Coat: Apply and let it dry for 6–8 hours.

6. Final Finishing Sand: Use Emery Paper No.220 for final smoothness.

• Complete Surface Cleaning: Remove all loose, flaking paint and start with the fresh surface preparation process as above.

• Dilute as per manufacturer’s recommendation.

• Apply the first coat and let dry for 6–8 hours.

• Apply the second coat and allow it to cure overnight for best results.

SYNTHETIC ENAMEL

GP Enamel is a long lasting, glossy, solvent-based paint for interior surface only. It can be applied on wooden surfaces like interior doors, windows, interior ply board partition, walls, furniture and cabinets and on mild steel metal surfaces like grills, steel furniture, collapsible gates, shutters etc.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

 ·         Initially sand the surface with coarse sand/water paper according to the type of surfaces to remove rust, dust and other loose, unwanted particles.

·         Wipe the surface clean.

·         Apply 1 coat primer after proper thinning and allow the paint to dry fully.

·         Sand the surface again with less coarser Sand/Water Paper lightly and wipe clean.

·         Apply 2 coats appropriate primer giving overnight drying interval between the coats.

·         Sand it again with Water Paper No.220/280.

·         For wooden and metal surface apply 1 coat of Luxol Speed Coat Primer surfacer with proper dilution.

·         For wall surface apply 1 coat of solvent-base cement primer with ideal dilution.

·         Allow it to dry fully.

·         Sand the painted surface with Water Paper No.380/400 lightly to make the surface smooth and undulation free.

·         Before application of top coat, dilute the paint as mention above and strain it through clean cloth. Ensure that the painting brush and mixing container are absolutely clean.

·         Apply Butterfly GP Enamel 2 to 3 coats to get rich, full gloss finish giving an overnight interval between the coats. Ensure surface pH value is within 7 -11. Butterfly GP Enamel should not be used on damp surfaces or substrates subjected to continuous seepage.

 EPOXY FINISH

 A high build, two component epoxy finish.

  FEATURES AND RECOMMENDED USE

•        Designed as an epoxy topcoat for marine and industrial environment

•        Can be used as a coloured intermediate/ undercoat for high performance coating system • Resistant to water and splashes of mild chemicals

•        Excellent abrasion resistance

•        Easy application by conventional/ airless spray and brush

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

• Maximum film build in one coat is best attained by airless spray. When applying by air spray/ brush, it may be necessary to apply multiple coats to achieve the maximum specified dry film thickness

• For certain shades in red, yellow and orange, by brush application, 2 coats may be required to give complete hiding especially when applied over dark undercoats

• As common with all epoxies Asian Epoxy HB Finish will chalk and discolour on exterior exposure. However, these phenomena are not detrimental to anti - corrosive performance. The actual rate of chalking will depend upon climatic conditions and will normally be limited to a thin surface layer

• For requirement of durable cosmetic finish with good gloss and colour retention, overcoat with recommended durable topcoats

• Condensation occurring during or immediately after application may result in a matt finish and an inferior film

• Premature exposure to ponding water will cause a colour change, especially in dark colours  April

• Paint Removal: Scrape off all loose or flaking paint and clean the surface properly.

• Follow the same process as fresh surfaces for primer and putty.

1. Dilution: Dilute the emulsion as per the recommended ratio with clean water.

2. First Coat: Apply uniformly with a roller or brush. Let it dry for 6–8 hours.

3. Second Coat: Apply a second coat and allow to dry thoroughly overnight for best results.

• Brush or Roller Application: Coverage will vary based on surface conditions, application method, and dilution.

• Typically covers 75–90 sq. ft. per litre for two coats under ideal conditions.

• Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• Keep the lid tightly closed when not in use to prevent contamination and drying.
