Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP is based on modified styrene butadienelatex supplied as a ready to use bonding agent in liquid consistency. It provides the complete solution to prevent dampness and seepages that spoil the expensive interiors and decorative interior paints. It is highly user friendly and eco-friendly. The best part of the system is that, there is no need to dilute it with water for application. It accompanies a very easy-touse, in-expensive, highly effective primer Dr. Fixit Primeseal. It is easily brush or spray-applied. It gives a thickness of 110 microns, almost double of what other commercial coatings have to offer by way of coating thickness. Dr. Fixit Newcoat is a heavy duty terrace waterproof coating system, composed of specially eveloped highly elastic & resilient acrylic poly& best quality fungicidal in water medium. It is used as a liquid applied waterproofing membrane for all types of building terraces. Dr. Fixit Newcoat is a three-layer system with coats in different colours ensuring proper build-up of the thickness, making it a reliable waterproofing system. DR. FIXIT BATHSEAL TAPE

Dr. Fixit Bathseal Tape is a non reinforced twin side adhesive bitumen membrane which comprises of polymerised bitumen sandwiched between a plastic released films on either side.

It is mainly used for provided a seamless waterproofing membrane on concrete, wood, metal surfaces. Most ideal for wrapping around the pipes that are inserted through concrete slabs and brick masonry walls in wet areas.

APPLICATION

·         Application temperature should be between 4oC to 45oC. The installation procedures are to be as follows,

·         Unroll only the required length, and cut the piece to the desired shape and size.

·         Place the membrane to be covered and check whether they match with the profile of the marked substrate

·         Peel off the release film from the underside and keep the release film from the top surface intact.

·         Carefully place the membrane so as to ensure minimum of 150 mm overlap and smoothen the membrane from the centre to the edges in order to drive out the entrapped air.

·         The release film from the top will be peeled off prior to the laying of the subsequent membranes or materials.

It is water based with low VOC’s that is sustainable for years as a waterproofing coating.

Dr. Fixit Primeseal is water-based primer composed of acrylic emulsion polymer, properly selected fine fillers,white pigments & additives in water as a medium. It is used as primer over exterior & interior building walls before application of water based paints.
