Preparation & Safety: Isolate the unit electrically and pneumatically, vent system pressure, and allow to cool.
Disassembly: Remove intake filters, oil separator, and piping. Unbolt and remove the airend (screw assembly).
Rotor Inspection: Inspect helical screws for wear, scoring, or debris.
Bearing/Seal Replacement: Replace rotor bearings and shaft seals to maintain tight clearances.
Cleaning & Reassembly: Clean all components, check clearances, and reassemble using proper torque settings.
Final Checks: Change oil, air filters, and oil separator filter, then check for leaks and proper vibration levels.
