Applications:
In braking systems & and in closed loop oiling systems.

The injection molded silent block bushes consists of two or more concentric metal parts with rubber bonded between them. These are designed as mainly to absorb any kind of Torsional, conical or axial load applied onto the system. The rubber part is minimalistic but yet is designed to take up loads of upto 40 Tonnes.

The buffer springs & thrust pads are used mainly as a set of various metal plates bonded with rubber to provide suspension support or as dampers. These are manufactured in a variety of polymers, namely natural, nitrile, polyurethane, SBR etc as the customer requirement may be.

Applications:
Primary suspension of heavy automotive units, railway bogies etc.

The mountings are of various types & designs. These are practically designed for continuous vibratory & noise attenuation in cars, trucks, motors, heavy machinery & allied products.

We make various types of mountings for the Railways & automotive sector. Sandwich mounting for TDK motors are designed to absorb high traction forces generated during traction.

The bolster pins are high tensile, crack resistant pins produced from prime steel hot Rolled bars, with extra fine grinding finish with accuracies upto 0.01mm

For locking & fitment of hangar frame & bogie bolster arrangement.
