Production of high purity methane using a cryogenic method developed and commission by European company. Particulates are removed from the basic raw material, which is then repeatedly cooled. The Chennai branch comprises of 1 bottling plant at Tolgate.

At Tolgate we have installed a capacity of 11,000 liters for liquid Oxygen. The filling points consist of 2 manifolds with 40 points each. There also are 2 liquid pumps of the capacity of 300 to 400 nm 3/hr.

We are the only one manufacturer of hydrocarbon free ultra high pure oxygen (99.999%) in India.

Oxygen is used in calibration gas mixtures for petrochemical industry; environmental emission monitoring, industrial hygiene or safety monitors and trace impurity analyzers.

Oxygen is used in bomb calorimeters to measure the PCI of hydrocarbons or coal and in oxidation reactions.

Ultra-pure oxygen is used to oxidize certain materials, such as Si to SiO2, or ashing of photo resists and to achieve chemical vapor deposition of oxides. It is also used to make ozone for oxidations or cleaning.

UHP Grade is used for organic and inorganic chemical synthesis. Zero Grade is used as a fuel gas in various types of chemical analyzers.

BGL has a separate and independent high pure Gases and gas mixture Division having a very good cylinder preparation system involving heating purging and evacuation etc.

Bhuruka  Gases offers several grades of calibration gas standards – Custom Mixtures, Certified Standards, and Primary reference Standards to meet the level of accuracy for your laboratory or production process. All Specialty Gases are custom-mixed and analyzed, and then properly labeled in our independently audited laboratory facilities.

Our production facility conforms to a strict set of quality-assurance measures and standard operating procedures. Our lab has been thoroughly inspected, certified and documented to be compliant with ISO/ IEC 17025 requirements.

We procure the Primary reference materials directly from NIST having an accuracy of 0.2 %.
