Our offered bucket elevator is mostly used for vertical lifting of several materials like pulses, food grains, rice and other granular products. Specifications:

Sections: Comprises three sections:

• Top or discharge section
• Middle or trunk section
• Bottom or intake section

Frame: Rigidity with cross supports is ensured by steel frame at regular intervals between the doubling in ladders and legs.

Belting: Belt is made from multi-ply synthetic fibre, rubber coated, with the number of plies and width. Attached at regular intervals, buckets run over top as well as bottom of crowned pulleys.

Buckets: Fabricated using deep drawn steel of adequate gauge. Bucket is attached to the belt by locking type bolts, which sit flush with the belt face.

Design:

• Hinge type door in the elevator leg provided for easy maintenance
• On-site increase or decrease in height possible
• Deep drawn steel buckets provided for longer life
• Less maintenance due to self lubricated bearings
• The trunk sections of standard length, can be added or detached for adjusting the height of the elevator
