Air release valve:
in any irrigation system the air is trapped between outlets and the pump and ii takes a considerable initial time for it evacuation. Also the air tends to get back into the system through the outlets- drippers , nozzles etc and during this process the air takes in all the dirt, suspended matter, soil etc. This in turn tend to clog the system. With the use of air valve the air always goes into the system from these. In other words the system breathes through the air valves installed at all strategic locations. Jr valves are a must when the drip system operates directly from a bore well pump, any pump or water source which is beyond 2 mtrs below the system and where ever the land is sloppy. Recommended positions are just after the filter, at beginning of slopes.

these are available in 63mm and 75mm sizes and are a must when two or more pump are required to run parallel . Also in slopes when the entire water in the system tend to drain at the last drippers / outlets.
pressure release cum reducing valve 2":
these are particularly necessary when the system is to be operated in shifts. In case (which normally happens) if all the cocks are inadvertently shut when switching for one plot to another, their is sudden surge of pressure in the system which not only damages the pump but tends to burst the pvc pipeline. This is avoided if pressure release valve in installed. The release pressure can be adjusted in this from 1. 5-3. 0 kgs/ cm2 and as soon as this exceed it releases the water. This valve can also be used as pressure reducing valve if it is used in heavy slopes where the head generated is very high. The release end can be extended ahead with the lower differential pressure. These were available only in metal- very expensive. Now these are made in composite metal inserts and with engineering plastic with chrome plated compression springs for everlasting performance. Very affordable.

Microsprinkler systems are used where complete area is to be covered perfectly without causing any harm to the crop/plants.
Microsprinklers are made from the best quality polyacetal resin to give the maximum life. Each Microsprinkler assembly consist of microsprinkler with 1 mtr of 4mm tubing and 4mm connector which can go into the 12 or 16mm lateral. option i :- ventury installed around a point of restriction such as a regulator valve or gate valve which creates a differential pressure, thereby allowing the injector to produce a vaccum.
