We aim to provide one stop solution for all financial needs to our valuable clients. We offer end to end solutions in a wide spectrum of services including accounting, auditing, income tax, financial services, company law matters, service tax, sales tax matters & so on.
We believe in maintaining caliber & enthusiasm of our team & also the integrity & effectiveness with which we organize & conduct the affairs of our client. Under the supervision of Mr. B.Srinivasa Rao (Managing Partner) we combine our Personal Approach & High Professional Standards with the aim of providing comprehensive services to our clients.
Our firm consists of nine partners and out of them five are Fellow members of the ICAI and Three partners are also members of ICMAI, Two are SAP Professionals, One is DISA qualified and One is specialized in Valuation and includes workforce of 70 persons. We have contacts and reciprocal arrangements in all states of India. Based on our experience and staff strength, we are in position to take the assignments in India and outside India also.
We are providing our series from Head office Hyderabad and Branches in Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Bangalore and Chennai.

CA. B. SRINIVASA RAO , Founder Partner of the firm, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with over 17 years of rich experience in various domains. He heads the operations of the Head Office at Hyderabad.
CA. E. SRINIVASA RAO a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a partner in the firm since 2002, he has a veteran in the field of banking, Project appraisals & Project management services, Lending & Foreign exchange besides having wide exposure to industry and audit environments. He heads Guntur branch of the firm.
CA. CH. ANAND , a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with over 8 years of rich experience in project finance, Management consultancy services, Tax audits and statutory audits. He heads the Project finance division of the firm.
CA. A. SURYA PRAKASH, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with over 7 years of rich experience in industrial accounting ,Cost accounting, finance and Corporate compliances. He possesses special skills in Internal Audit and Taxation. He heads Visakhapatnam Branch of the firm.
