• Holes with the drill bits of size 12 mm x 150mm/210 mm shall be made at 300 mm apart all along the junction of wall and floor at an angle of 45 degree. Wherever, marbles are present, holes will be made above one inch from the top of the skirting. The depth of holes for regular walls will be up to 6 inch and for partition wall it will be 3 inch. For treatment to all external walls with apron, the drilling will be carried out vertically at 300 mm apart and if apron is not there, Roding method will be used.
• Fixed furniture such as door frames, window frames, cupboards etc. shall be treated by making holes with the drill bit of size 6 mm x 150 mm. The oil based chemical to be used to kill live termite is Chloropyriphos 2% (Ready to use).
