Optimized product consistency is a key benefit of AeroPro Dryer Controls. Product moisture is controlled closer to specifications, leading to superior product quality and increased yield. Two components make this possible.
  • Evaporation Control(EC) measures key process variables and models them against standard design conditions. Process conditions are then modified to accommodate upstream deviations.
  • With the Moisture Control (MC) component, zone temperature setpoints are automatically adjusted to achieve a specific discharge product moisture.

Energy Savings
Increased energy efficiency is achieved with AeroPro controls through the monitoring and optimization of thermal operating conditions.

High flexibility for packing via modular design.

  • The modular system allows for a variety of conveyor combinations: angles between 0-8°, 8-15° or 15-25° can be selected. The length of the conveyor belt can also be variably determined in increments of 100 mm. Thus, conveyor lengths ranging from 1217 mm to 19117 mm are bridgeable.
  • The bag conveyor MWTK is characterized by its sliding belt design: the belts slide over a sliding table over the length of the conveyor line, so that containers can be fed at any point of the conveyor belt.

The continuous cooling drum is usually integrated into a process line. The hot mass is fed into a jacketed hopper. On the cooled surface of the rotating cooling drum a mass layer is built up. The exact and even height of the layer is adjustable using a height-adjustable scraper. The surface of the cooling drum is designed as double jacket, with a circulating cooling medium inside. The cooled mass is discharged from the cooling drum by a scraper for further processing.

Cooling conveyor

Also the continuous cooling conveyor is usually integrated into a process line. The hot mass is fed onto the oiled cooling belt by heated feeding equipment. The mass slab is kneaded by subsequent equalizing rollers and ploughs, so that the mass gets the right plasticity for the further processing. This process will be repeated several times while the product is conveyed on the cooling belt, before the cooled product is discharged to be further processed in a strand roller.

Owing to their low energy requirement, elevators are ideal for the vertical transport of bulk materials. For procedural reasons, the elevation of products, either in silo plants or in processing plants, is compulsory in almost all cases.
