I visited C Sky office after prior intimation and discussion with Ms. Apoorva. Though I had little know - how about telescopes and astronomy as a hobby, I wasn't fully equipped enough so as to make a final decision on which one of the telescope would be good enough. The discussion with Ms. Apoorva in C Sky office was very helpful in understanding most of the aspects of the hobby and the device and helped me make the purchase decision - A collapsible Dobsonian 8" reflector. It was really helpful as all my queries and doubts were answered very patiently !! :) The second aspect was the seamless transaction and delivery. Once the payment was made, the communication was very clear on the mode of delivery, charges and the schedule for the delivery. The consignment was delivered on time and was very well packed to ensure that there was no damage during transit.
