Calyx Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals was originally incorporated as "Shree Deep Jyote Industrial Paints Private Limited" on January 14, 1986 under the Company Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai and was converted into a pubic limited company with effect from September 08, 2006.
